I forgot how much of a jerk Alex Trebek is. Not only is he condescending when he’s got the answers in front of him, but he’s passive aggressive to most of the people playing and belittling to the the contestants on a regular basis. Female contestants are treated with shock and surprise when they get answers right (except for when the girl ran the Shoes category, to which Trebek replied “Of Course”)
